Álvaro GARROTE FUENTES

Álvaro graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Sevilla in 2021. The same year, he began his Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of Europe, graduating in 2022 with a specialisation in The EU and the World. His Master's thesis analysed the role of EU institutional communication in times of crisis, focusing on the case studies of Afghanistan (August 2021) and Ukraine (February 2022).

At the same time, he is studying a Bachelor's degree in International Relations at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, beginning in 2020. 

Álvaro joined the College of Europe as an Executive Assistant in the Natolin Innovation Lab in July 2022.
