This one-week interactive course is designed to learn about EU diplomacy, to share experiences and to better understand EU external relations after the launching of the European External Action Service (EEAS).
The training programme will assist professionals in grasping the complexities of EU external affairs by combining the study of the institutional setup and the main policy issues of the EEAS with the skills required to communicate information across cultures. Participants will get to know the main issues of the EEAS.
High-level experienced professionals lead participants through a curriculum based on the latest EEAS policy issues and on the new European diplomatic identity.
