Introduction

What is the EU Project Management Training Course?

A one-week interactive journey along the life of EU projects, from fund raising through to tender writing, project implementation and evaluation.

Through detailed case studies and project simulations, this interactive training delivers a comprehensive knowledge of essential techniques for successful, cost-effective management of EU projects.

Designed to assist professionals with grasping the complexities of EU funding schemes and to keep projects on track even in the toughest, most unpredictable times, our project management training course covers all phases of an EU Project. More specifically, throughout the training, participants get to know  EU funding opportunities which are available and explore project concept, project cycle, project design and project proposal writing.
Moreover, the course aims to support good management practices and effective decision making throughout the project management cycle – from programming, through to identification, consortium building, formulation, implementation and evaluation.

High level experienced professionals lead participants through a curriculum based on the latest Project Management methodologies of leadership and management.

Which method is used?

An interactive course confronting theory with practice divided into three main strands:

Interactive training sessions examining theoretical and practical aspects of EU Project Management;

Workshops, simulation exercises and case studies designed to identify, develop project management essential skills;

A simulation exercise stretching over the entire course.

Individual and collective feedback is a key part of the exercise giving participants the opportunity to maximise their personal learning experience.
