Registration Policy:
The registration deadline is 4 June 2012.

The full* registration fee which covers tuition, room & board, course materials, visit to EU institutions in Brussels, social events and certificate of attendance is: €3.500 for the Advanced two-week programme

The registration fee has to be paid by 4 June 2012 to The College of Europe, with mention “Intensive Seminar Advanced + Name participant” FORTIS BANK NV, Bruges, account no. 280-0200672-16, FORTIS BANK NV, Vlamingstraat 78, B-8000 Bruges (IBAN: BE72 2800 2006 7216; BIC / Swift code: GEBABEBB).

*Discount policy:
 Early birds (booking and paying by 2 April 2012), previous participants to Development Office training courses and group registrations receive a discount of 10%. College of Europe alumni benefit from a 15% discount.

Successful submission of your application shall be acknowledged by email and your participation in the seminar shall be definite upon receipt of the payment.

Cancellation policy:
  • Cancellations after 4 June 2012 will be charged 20% of the total fee.
  • Cancellations as of 18 June 2012 will be charged 100% of the total fee.

Applicants fulfilling the conditions for participation will be accepted on the basis of a "first subscribed, first in" policy. The College of Europe reserves the right to select participants based on their academic and professional profile. Should the required minimum number of participants for one session not be met, the training programme participants will have the option either to be reimbursed or participate in another programme/edition.
