The deadline for applications is Tuesday 24 April 2012 at 23h59 C.E.T. Please note that closer to the deadline the application system may be slower. Applications received after this date cannot be accepted. Only the candidates from the countries listed are eligible to apply.

Only applications received online can be accepted. Candidates will need to indicate two referees who are willing to be contacted by e-mail. The final candidates will need to confirm their participation within a week of receiving notification of their selection. Failure to do so may result in removal from the list of candidates and the place being offered to another candidate from the reserve list.

Participants are expected to be available during the overall period of the Programme (July 2012-April 2013) and to attend each planned component: two weeks in Austria and Slovakia in September 2012, some days in Southeast Europe for the group projects late Winter / early Spring) and five days in Belgium (April 2013). The three parts of the Programme require full-time presence. Failure to attend the entire Programme will result in exclusion, and the Programme’s certificate will not be awarded.

The cost of participation in the Programme will be covered by the Programme. This will include travel costs, full room and board, visa fees and health insurance where required.
