Registration Policy:

The registration deadline is 2 October 2009. Given the fact that the number of participants is limited, early registration is strongly encouraged. Bookings confirmed and paid before 4 September, 2008 get a reduction of €500 on the registration fee and only pay €2,995.

The registration fee (including tuition, housing and meals, but not transport) is € 3,495 and has to be paid before 2 October 2009  to The College of Europe, with mention “RIA 2009 Autumn Seminar + Name participant” FORTIS BANK NV, Bruges, account no. 280- 0200672-16, FORTIS BANK NV, Vlamingstraat 78, B-8000 Bruges (IBAN: BE72 2800 2006 7216 ; BIC / Swift code: GEBABEBB). Receipt of this form shall be acknowledged and your registration shall be definite upon receipt of the payment. The College of Europe reserves the right to select participants based on their academic and professional profile.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations before 4 September 2009 will be charged 50% of the total fee
  • Cancellations after 2 October 2009 will be charged 100% of the total fee
