Christiane started as a Secretary to Rector Brugmans in the historical month of May 1968. During her long career, she supported different departments in Bruges and Natolin to finally end up at the most challenging of them all: the Development Office.

In her free time, she writes poems and short stories and gathered many literature awards amongst which the prize for literature of the province of West-Flanders for short stories.
