Seminar organised to celebrate the Belgian Presidency of the EU

On July 2, the College of Europe (Department of EU international relations and diplomacy studies ) hosted a seminar of the Relex group organised for the Belgian Presidency of the EU to celebrate its launch.
The participants, coming from different member states and from EU institutions, discussed the legal aspects of the EU sanction policy - following a presentation by Prof. Dr. Inge Govaere, Director of the European Legal Studies Department, College of Europe - and the EU's external relations after Lisbon - after a presentation by Dr. Antonio Missiroli - Bureau of European Policy Advisers, European Commission and former Director of European Policy Centre, Brussels.
The discussion was chaired by Prof. Dr. Sieglinde Gstöhl.
