“ChilEspaña Day” at the Natolin campus

On Friday 17 May 2019, Spanish and Chilean students of the College of Europe in Natolin in cooperation with the Embassy of Spain, the Embassy of Chile as well as the organization ‘ProChile’, organized the Spanish-Chilean Day (ChilEspaña Day) on the campus. The day was filled with activities promoting Spanish and Chilean culture and traditions. On this occasion, the Natolin Restaurant served churros for breakfast, a Chilean lunch and a Spanish dinner.

During the day, students and staff could admire a beautiful flamenco performance by Ms Nadia MAZUR from the FlamencoArte School joined by Natolin student Louise VALLEDOR. Watch a short video from the performance here.

In the evening, students participated in a conference with H.E. Ambassador Julio BRAVO YUBINI, Ambassador of Chile in Poland, Mr Guillermo ESCRIBANO MANZANO, Deputy Head of Mission at the Spanish Embassy in Warsaw, Mr Enrique CARRASCO SAN MARTIN, Commercial Director of ProChile in Poland, and Mr Eduardo SILVA from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile. After the conference, the Natolin Choir gave a fantastic performance of Spanish and Chilean songs. At end of the "ChilEspaña Day", thanks to the support of the Spanish Embassy everyone could enjoy the typical Spanish ‘paella’ as well as Chilean drinks and wine.
