In January 2018, the College of Europe Natolin football team took part in the third and fourth editions of the Inter-Embassy Tournament organized by the French Embassy in Warsaw. Compared to the two previous times, the Veil promotion faced a new opponent – the representation of Romania. Having an unconfident yet a clear goal sheet game, the Russian Embassy team managed to squeeze out a point against the Veil students. With two draws and one victory against Romania, both the Natolin and French Embassy teams ended up with 5 points. However, thanks to a higher goal difference "les bleus" won the mini-tournament anyway.
On 20 January 2018, even though they demonstrated a decent game, the Natolin team was defeated by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the United Kingdom teams. Nevertheless, they managed to eventually come back in the game versus the French Embassy team and ended up third in the group.
