Viktor Yushchenko, President of the Republic of Ukraine, speaks on “Ukraine in Europe” at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe.
In his speech, Mr. Yushchenko focuses on Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic integration, while also describing the current economic situation in Ukraine and outlining its major political priorities. The speech is followed by a Q&A session, during which students ask about the benefits the President sees in EU membership of Ukraine and the preparation to adopt the ‘acquis communautaire’.
