Study Tour in Belgium

The Development Office of the College of Europe is organising a one week Study Tour in Belgium for a delegation of 14 high level Academic and Business Representatives of the Russian Oblast of Kaliningrad. The study tour (9-13 October 2006) is organised in the framework of a EuropeAid project entitled "Strenghtening and Developing Business and Administrative Education in Kaliningrad Region".

The global objective of the project is to contribute to the strengthening of the capacity of Kaliningrad regional education and management training institutions.

The specific objective of this Study Tour is to show how dynamics between universities and enterprises are contributing to the success of economic regeneration and to the enhancement of Higher education. In this prospect, visits to the Universities of Ghent and Liege as well as to the Vlerick Management School are organised.
