Professor Mr Panagiotis DELIMATSIS, Assistant Professor of International Trade and European Law, Tilburg University, Senior Research Fellow, World Trade University, Switzerland and Guest Professor at University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, gave a lecture on "Convergence in Reforming Services Regulations: The EU Services Directive and the WTO Services Negotiations on Domestic Regulation".
