The opening ceremony of the academic year of the College of Europe, Bruges campus, took place on 3 October 1996.
H.E. Mr Wim KOK , Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, delivered the opening address to the students of the Alexis DE TOCQUEVILLE Promotion, professors, staff and invited guests of the College of Europe.
