Łukasz DOBROMIRSKI

Łukasz has over ten years of experience working with managers on different levels of their professional development. He has designed and conducted numerous assessment and development initiatives, and developmental workshops for managers using tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory. He has worked as a Coach with Senior Managers and Board Members from a number of international companies.

Łukasz has been working now for over seven years as an Associate Expert with Aon Hewitt and as a Business Psychologist with KPMG in their Senior Manager Development Centres (CEE Region).

He is a certified Group Analyst and has been working for more than ten years in private practice with individuals and groups at the Rasztów Psychotherapy Centre. Over the last three years, he has developed a Team Supervision practice - supporting teams in dealing with various challenges.

He has been working with our students at the Natolin Campus as counsellor for the last ten years. Currently, at Natolin, Łukasz wears three hats:

• Head of Careers and Alumni Relations Office supporting the students' personal and professional development.
• Advocate for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion - supporting the student community in caring for and upholding these three principal values.
• Counsellor - meeting individually with students that wish to consult and seek support regarding issues that impact them psychologically.
