"The College of Europe Talks" with Sir Julian KING, Former Commissioner for Security & Former UK Ambassador to Paris and Dublin

On Thursday 19 November, Ms Federica MOGHERINI, Rector of the College of Europe, hosted the third talk in the series of online conversations The College of Europe Talks between prominent guests and students of the College of Europe (Bruges and Natolin).

The guest of the third College of Europe Talks was Sir Julian KING, Former Commissioner for Security and Former UK Ambassador to Paris and Dublin.

Sir Julian KING talked of security and neighborhood policy and the role of the European Union as an important security actor.

The Former EU Commissioner for Security also talked in interesting terms of the ongoing Brexit challenges. Students had a variety of challenging questions, and Sir Julian KING answered openly and gave interesting background to help understand current issues. 

A total of 85 students and staff followed live from Bruges and Natolin. 
This event was accessible to college students and staff only via WebEx.
