Tatevik HOVHANNISYAN

Tatevik Hovhannisyan is a qualified program manager with years of experience working in civil society sector with international organizations (2010-2020). Additionally, she has put her outstanding communication skills to use in a variety of settings as Communication Outreach Consultant for a UNDP Armenia environmental program (2018–2019) and National Consultant for an EU-funded project on road safety called TRACECA II (2014–2016). She has also successfully contributed to World Bank programs as National Consultant of the vehicles safety project (2021) and a Consultant of road safety educational affairs (2010–2012).

She is skillful in designing and implementing communication, advocacy, public awareness campaigns and promoting civic participation. Avid for developing and maintaining network.

Tatevik is a political scientist with expertise in political communications, civil society issues, and the EU and its neighbors. She obtained her first advanced MA in political science at Yerevan State University from 2002 to 2008 and her second advanced MA in interdisciplinary European Studies at College of Europe in Natolin from 2019 to 2020. “The role of political advertisement during the presidential elections in Armenia in 2008” was her first MA thesis at Yerevan State University and "The role of the civil society in public policy making in Armenia in the sphere of road safety" was her master's thesis at Natolin.

Tatevik joined College of Europe in Natolin in January 2021. Her current job is precisely related to her most recent education obtained at the College. She is in charge of the Alumni and Communication affairs at Warsaw Euro-Atlantic Summer Academy (WEASA) for representatives of the countries of the Eastern Partnership and the Western Balkans.

In addition, from July 2023 Tatevik also joined the Communications, Marketing and Recruitment Office as Communications Officer.

Areas of her interest include European affairs with its neighbours, civic participation in developing countries, advocacy, and road safety matters.
