The EU as a Regional Actor

This major gives the possibility to analyse the relations that the new enlarged European Union maintains with its neighbours to the East and to the South. Seeking to define its borders the European Union is in the search of policies targeted predominantly at countries that will not join the European Union in the foreseeable future.
