Job Vacancy - Research Administrator at the College of Europe, Natolin (Warsaw) campus

The College of Europe, Natolin (Warsaw) Campus is seeking applications for the position of a part time (25%) research administrator for the Academic Year 2010-11 with a starting date of 1st September 2010 at the latest.

We are looking for graduates with:

  • A Master in economics or political sciences. A doctorate or status of Phd candidate will be an asset;
  • Expertise in the field of European affairs and EU’s proximity policies;
  • Experience in scientific coordination of research projects and publications, Membership in editorial board(s) will be an asset
  • Experience in working with the EU and/or international organizations
  • Experience in organizing conferences, seminars, workshops etc.
  • A proven track record of research excellence
  • A very good command of English and French, other EU official language(s) would be an asset
  • The ability to work as part of a team,
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Tasks include:

  • Developing administrative structures/facilities for research activities and publications on the Natolin campus of the College of Europe;
  • Undertaking research activities including publications and organization of conferences, seminars.
