Ali Khedher (IRQ/BE) is visiting language professor for Arabic at the College of Europe. He holds diplomas from the Music Department of the Fine Arts Institute in Baghdad, from the Political Science Department at the University of Baghdad as well as from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Art History - Musicology and in Work Sciences (Sciences du travail - troisième cycle).

Since 1988 Ali Khedher has been Director of the Arab Cultural Centre in Brussels. As a specialist in ancient Arab history and music, he has published several studies on these subjects. He is also the founder of an Arabic teaching method which employs musical and historical techniques and knowledge.
