Aymeric Astre

Junior Project Manager, Development Office

Aymeric is Junior Project Manager at the Development Office of the College of Europe where he contributes to the management of EU funded projects, organises professional training courses and assists in communication and marketing activities. He joined the team in February 2011.

Aymeric is French, studied political sciences and holds a MA in European Politics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Strasbourg (France). He also studied Politics and International Relations at the University of Bath (UK).

Before joining the College of Europe Aymeric worked as an intern at “Mandat International” (Geneva), a foundation aimed at facilitatingthe participation of civil society in international conferences. He has been the co-organiser of the «European Dream Meeting 2009», a two-week meeting funded by the Youth in Action programme, aimed at promoting European citizenship through the use of graphic urban art.

His areas of interests include EU affairs in general, international cooperation and EU external policies.
