Bruno Scholl

Bruno Scholl (DE)is coordinator for the Political and Security Committee and assistant to the Director General for Politico-Military Affairs in the EU Council Secretariat in Brussels.

Before joining the European public service he worked in the German Foreign Office and the Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin, Germany. He has been guest lecturer at the London University College and at the Universities of Mannheim and Cologne. He holds a PhD in Social Science from the University of Cologne, an MA in European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges and an MA in Political Science from the University of Bonn. Bruno Scholl has inter alia published on the constitutionalisation of the European Union and on institutional reform in the EU and the Member States.
