Visiting professor at the University of Buenos Aires . Research areas: competition policy and economics of patent and innovation. Author of two books on competition policy Economie et politique de la concurrence (Daloz, 2005) and Cartel et ententes (PUF 2004) and author of many other publications in the field of competition policy and patent.
