Ms Ewa Ośniecka-Tamecka has been named Vice Rector of the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe starting in September 2007. In 2006 and 2007, she served as Secretary of State in the Office of the Committee for European Integration and as Secretary of the Committee for European Integration for the Republic of Poland. She has been associated with the College of Europe and the Natoin (Warsaw) campus since its founding. At the College, she most recently held the position of Director responsible for Development, Finance and Administration. She is also a Member of the Executive Board of the College of Europe Foundation (Natolin campus).

Ms Ośniecka-Tamecka holds two Masters Degrees in Economics from the University of Łódź, Faculty of Economy and Sociology: one in the Foreign Trade department (1987) and the second in the International Trade of Goods and Services department (1988).
