Marc Soignet graduated in Telecommunications engineering in 2006 at the Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Electronique et Electrotechnique. He also studied during one year in the Technische Universität Karlsruhe in Germany and one year in the Universidad Comillas in Madrid, Spain.

After a few years of working in the field of academic cooperation in Budapest, Hungary, he undertook studies in the European Interdisciplinary Studies Program of the College of Europe in Natolin and graduated in June 2010.

His main interests are: Central European Politics and Economics, European identity - identities, Social Policies in EU countries.
