Michał has been Academic Assistant for European and international politics at the College of Europe (Natolin Campus) since September 2006.

He holds a B.A. with honours in Political Science from Harvard University (2000-2005) and an M.A. in European Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, Natolin (2005-2006, Beethoven Promotion).

He was elected President of the Council of Europe Youth Assembly in Strasbourg; he also worked as an intern researcher at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels.

Michał's interests include foreign policy, globalisation, and international development. He is also interested in the philosophy and practice of higher education and is an author of several published articles on the reform of higher education in Poland.
