Paul Quinn (IE) is Academic Assistant at the College of Europe (Bruges), Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies since March 2010.

He holds a BA in Politics and French from the University of Limerick (2003-2007), including Erasmus studies at the Institut d'Études Politiques de Grenoble, as well as an MSc in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh (2007-2008).

Previous work experience with the European Commission and British Council.
