- Experience as legal consultant for the German Government, in particular for the GTZ (German Development Agency), for the OECD, for the EAC (East African Community), and for private law firms, mainly in the fields of International Economic Law relating to trade and direct investment, European Community Law, Legal Modernization in Transformation Economies in Central Europe, Company Law and Competition Law

- Experience related to international investment arbitration: Counselor and arbitrator in international investment arbitration proceedings
