Stéphanie Horel is consultant and trainer with extensive experience in EU Project Management. She is currently Team Leader for an ENPI project for Training Public Administration in the European Neighbourhood Partner Countries. She studied EC law at the University of Aix-Marseille III (FR) and the University of Exeter (UK). Since 2001, she has been managing various EU funded projects and has been lecturing on topics related to EU External Policy and Aid, EU Funds (in particular ENPI and IPA), Project Cycle Management and Euro-Mediterranean Partnership. From 2004-2009, she was Lecturer and Coordinator of a MEDA Regional Programme (EuroMed Training of Public Administration Programme) at the European Institute of Public Administration. Previously, she worked as legal advisor in different Institutions (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique and European Commission) and in the Mundie e Advogados Law firm in São Paulo (BR). She is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese and a beginner level in Arabic.
