Tuition fees:
- Tuition, registration, examinations
- Study trips (not always fully covered)
Board and lodging fees:
- Accommodation: private room with bathroom and cleaning service
- Wireless internet connection in all College buildings (classrooms, library and residences)
Mobile phone subscription provided by the College to make free internal calls - Meals Natolin (Warsaw) campus: breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Meals Bruges campus: all meals, except lunch and dinner on Sundays and public holidays
The fees do not cover introductory courses, medical and private insurance.
In principle, fees have to be paid before the beginning of the academic year. Self-funding students may however (upon written request) pay in a maximum of three installments. (Fees are free of bank transaction costs.)

A large number of full or partial scholarships are available.
