If you receive a notification whether to accept a certificate that is being used on the website, please accept the certificate in order to begin the application process.
A printed copy of the application and the supporting documents should be sent by post to your selection committee or region and to the Admissions Office of the College of Europe (Dijver 11, BE-8000 Brugge, Belgium), before the closing date.

Turkey: 1 April 2011.
China: 28 February 2011.
United Kingdom: for civil servants only: 28 February 2011.
History graduates: "Geremek scholarships": Natolin campus (Warsaw): 15 March 2011.
European Neighbourhood Policy Countries (Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine): 1 April 2011.
Andorra: 1 April 2011.
Croatia: 1 April 2011.
Spanish students can still apply to their autonomous region if the call for applications is still open. They should contact their selection committee in order to know the exact deadline.
For all other nationalities, the procedures of applications have been closed (deadline to apply was 15 January 2011).
