Celia CHALLET

Celia Challet is Assistant to the Director of European Legal Studies at the College of Europe and part of the faculty since August 2019. She pursues PhD studies at Ghent University on the topic of judicial review of EU restrictive measures adopted since 2014 as a response to the unfolding events in Ukraine. 

Celia holds an LL.M in EU Law from the College of Europe (2018-19 Manuel MARÍN promotion), and a Master's degree in European Business Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. 

Main fields of interest: EU external relations, European Neighborhood Policy, EU institutional law.
