Julie has been working at the College of Europe, Bruges campus, since 2005. She began her career here at the Bookshop, and then moved on to work at the Reception.
In 2007 she was the secretary of the European General Studies. She combined this with running the secretariat of the Careers office and the Language Service.
In 2010 she took up her current position of "Student Affairs Assistant" and continues running the secretariat of the Language Service.
Julie studied to become a teacher and worked with disabled children before moving into the postgraduate academic sphere.
