The overarching objective of this course is two-fold. Students should be able, at the end of the seminar to (i) have a knowledge of the existing and future legal instruments ensuring the functioning of the digital single market; (ii) be able to reflect upon the challenges that pose the digitalisation of the economy.

It covers Sale of goods and services in the online world; Digital Networks and Services and Data economy.
