The objective of this course is to equip students for the analysis of structural and behavioural competition issues in the traditional and the digital economy. The course covers Articles 101 and 102 TFEU as well as their implementation through legal instruments and practice, and introduction to merger control, foreign investments and the emerging instruments and practice that are designed to keep digital markets open.
