Alumni Evening
Date
Thursday 29.11.12 18:30
Location
Belgium
The Rector, Paul DEMARET, cordially invites alumni of the College of Europe to an evening, on Thursday 29th November 2012. As well as the Rector, you will meet current professors, academic assistants and the other members of the (administrative) staff*.
This event will not only be an opportunity to remember the past, but also to learn about current and future College activities. You are invited to email any documents (booklets, yearbooks, photos,… ) you have which could enrich the evening (or bring them with you).
The evening event will take place in Hotel Silken Berlaymont Brussels, boulevard Charlemagne 11-19 – 1000 Brussels. The College will be happy to offer your first drinks, the aperitif beginning at 18h30 this being followed by a buffet dinner from 20h00. Registration and payment of 40 euros** are to be carried out electronically, before the 11thof November, by clicking on link:
Do not hesitate to forward this invitation to as many alumni as you can.
Questions? Please, have a look in the attachment with practical information or contact us at the following address: collegebrusselsevent [at] coleurope.eu.
Looking forward to meeting you on November 29th!
The College of Europe
* Please note that the number of participants, including the staff of the College, cannot exceed 300. Registrations will be treated on a “first come first served” basis, and unfortunately partners cannot be invited. More generally, the College of Europe is not in the position to host non-alumni.
** The College does not make any financial profit at all from this event. The sum of 40 euros corresponds to the amount billed by the hotel to the College and charged for the food per person. For this reason cancellations and requests for reimbursement cannot be accepted. Non-alumni who may succeed in registering will not be refunded either.
