This advanced training course organized by the College of Europe Development Office in Bruges, provides participants with a detailed presentation of the main principles and techniques of monitoring and evaluation of European external cooperation projects. The main focus of the course will be on the understanding of concepts and tools for effective monitoring and evaluation, as well as on their role and importance throughout the project cycle.
