We wish to cordially invite you to join us at our 2015 edition of TEDxCollegeOfEurope.
This year, the TEDx theme is #WHYNOT: we want to celebrate the people that stand up and make courageous efforts to alter their lives and society for the better. You can learn more about this exciting theme in our recently launched video.
This year´s event will take place on 11 April 2015 from 10:00 - 17:00 at the Provinciaal Hof in Bruges (Markt 3). Not only will the superb College of Europe band welcome you to this charming setting, but the entry to the event will also be free of charge for all selected applicants. Our goal is to bring together bright minds around talks that are idea-focused, and on a wide range of subjects. We want to foster learning, inspiration and wonder—and provoke conversations that matter.
Application to our event is simple. We invite you to open up this page in which you will find a few questions waiting for you that we invite you to reflect upon. Sit a while, ponder, and then write frankly and without worry; our aim is simply to get to know you better and to make our event as eclectic an experience as possible. Should you be one of the 100 participants we choose—and we are sure you will be—you will receive a personal invitation to our event.
For TEDxCollegofEurope we have invited 10 inspirational speakers who have asked themselves what their #WHYNOT is and who consequently have done something amazing.
We think your #WHYNOT thoughts are equally important. This is why we invite you to share your #WHYNOT with us. Here is an easy way to contribute: print the attached form, write down your #WHYNOT and take a picture with it. Once you send it to us (info@tedxcollegeofeurope.eu), we will integrate it into an art exhibition at the College of Europe.
