GORMLEY L.W. & SPAVENTA E. & STREHO I. & VAN WAEYENBERGE A. - EU Internal Market and Citizenship Law, les quatre libertés revisitées (40h)

The object of this course is to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of the Law of the Internal Market within the European Union in both English and French. It should serve as a basis for specialised legal practice or academic research in this area.

On completion of the course, the student will be expected to be able to discuss the legal aspects of free movement of goods, persons, services, capital and payments as laid down in the provisions of the TFEU in the light of the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
