The aims of the course is to provide participants with an excellent knowledge and understanding of European Private International Law in the area of commercial law, including the negotiation process when creating new legislation.

It focuses on the rules of the European Union regulating international jurisdiction of national courts in civil and commercial matters and recognition and enforcement of judgments.
