On Europe Day, Friday 9 May, the Local Committee for the College of Europe organised its 14th European Concert at the St. Walburgha’s Church of Bruges.
Camerata Encabara, under the direction of Henry Raudales, was featuring different musical masterpieces. Katarina Bassez (violin) was invited to perform as a soloist.

The sale of tickets was organised by
In&Uit Brugge (Concertgebouw)
and
the Province of West-Flanders (TiNCK)
The profits from ticket sales and sponsorship are donated to the Students' Fund of the College of Europe, which is used to provide a scholarship for a Belgian student to study at the College.

Het Plaatselijk Comité voor het Europacollege organiseerde haar veertiende Europees Concert in de Sint-Walburgakerk (Boomgaardstraat) te Brugge op Europadag, vrijdag 9 mei 2008 om 20.00 uur.
