The participants

The course targets:

  • Communication managers, independent communication consultants/ experts working in EU-related activities and/or EU-funded projects and programmes;
  • Staff of EU-funded projects: project managers and managerial positions in consultancies, educational institutions, cultural institutions, communication agencies, communication experts, research centres, etc.;
  • Staff from NGOs, lobbying firms, political parties, media (journalists, editors both freelance or on the pay-roll), interest representation organisations, and public administrations from Member States;
  • Other professionals and academics working in an EU related-environment and dealing with communication, from both EU and non-EU countries.

Participants should have a university degree, a very good command of English and some relevant work experience.

Seats for this course are limited, in order to ensure an optimal interactive environment that fosters discussions and facilitates networking.

The College of Europe reserves the right to select participants based on their academic and professional profile.
