A. Bonzanni is an expert on energy policy and regulation focusing on European gas, electricity and emissions markets.

He is currently employed by EDF Trading in London. In the past, he held positions in regulatory and public affairs for Statoil and worked as a consultant for the UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the World Bank.

He has been a member of the faculty at Sciences Po since 2014 where he teaches the course “Network Energies” on the economics and policy of gas and electricity.

Andrea holds degrees from the University of Pavia, Italy and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
