Tobias Pesch is a European competition lawyer at White & Case in Düsseldorf. He teaches at the College of Europe (Bruges campus) since the 2019/2020 academic year onwards. His competition law experience includes merger control reviews, cartel matters and abuse of dominance proceedings before the European Commission and the German competition authority (Bundeskartellamt). Tobias' sector experience includes various high technology industries, as well as retailing, consumer goods and the automotive sector.

Furthermore, Tobias has extensive experience in advising on mass claims litigation, in particular with regard to implementing legal technology solutions.

Tobias completed his degree in Law at the University of Bayreuth (Germany) and he holds an LLM from the College of Europe (Option European Law and Economic Analysis). He is a former board member of the College of Europe's Alumni Association (Focus: CoE Alumni in Competition group).
