Jérémy MARCUS is French and joined the College of Europe in November 2021. He has 5 years of experience in developing and managing international cooperation projects. He developed a solid knowledge of project cycle management, in particular for projects funded by the European Union (Technical Assistance and Framework contracts) in the field of Good Governance, Rule of Law, and Democracy. His experience also includes the provision and coordination of logistical support for the organisation and management of events for the EU, such as workshops, seminars and training courses (both for in-presence and online events).

At the Development Office, Jérémy works on the EU-funded project “European Resources for Mediation Support (ERMES) III” and the Framework contract “Conflict Prevention and Mediation Support”.

Jérémy holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics and International Project Management from Paris 12 University (UPEC). French native speaker, he also speaks fluent English and has a good knowledge of French Sign Language.
