Luis Enrique SOUTO ALVAREZ

Luis (Kike) is a journalist who graduated from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid), with his studies partially conducted at the Universidad Católica Andres Bello (Caracas). He holds an Advanced Master's degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies (EIS) from the College of Europe in Natolin, and focused his Master's thesis on Digital Communication and European Identity Narratives among the Right-Wing Political Parties of Western Europe.
He has six years of experience in journalism with the Spanish media site El Cierre Digital, as well as human rights and inter-institutional relations with the NGO Un Mundo Sin Mordaza. He also previously worked as an archivist in the Universidad Católica Andres Bello.
Kike joined the College of Europe in Natolin as Student Affairs and Professional Development Officer in July 2022.
