Maja Pavlin is Slovenian and joined the College of Europe Executive Education, Training and Projects Office in May 2022, as a Project Assistant.
Prior to joining the College, she worked in diplomacy as a Protocol Officer during the Slovenian Presidency to the Council of the EU, where she was in charge of the implementation of the work visits on the Ministerial and Presidential level in Brussels and Luxembourg. She has experience with the implementation of trainings in the field of Intellectual Property in Munich and has also worked as a teacher.
Maja holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and Italian Language from the University of Ljubljana. Her fields of interest are Slovenian-Italian bilateral relations, diplomatic protocol, andeducation.
At the Executive Education, Training and Projects Office, Maja is involved, among other things, in the implementation of the study visits in the framework of the EU Scheme for Young Professionals in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EUSYP in BiH) and in the Intensive Seminar on the EU.
Maja speaks Slovenian, English, Italian and French and has notions of Spanish and German.
