Edith Frenoy has been awarded the EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) price for the best MA thesis in the area of health in the College of Europe academic year 2006-2007. Ms Frenoy has focused her thesis on “Market entry of generic drugs before patent expiration: what effect on competition?” writing under supervision of Prof. Beatrice Dumont. Ms Frenoy is the first student from the Natolin Campus to win the EFPIA competition. The award winner receives a price and the possibility to complete an internship at the EFPIA headquarters in Brussels.
