With employers demanding an ever-greater range of competences, the development of professional skills that can be applied to a wide variety of situations is a matter of utmost importance. For most students, the College of Europe in Natolin is their last year of formal education and a springboard into a successful professional career.
We design and implement a professional skilling programme to equip students with the necessary competencies for today's job market. At the same time we help students develop a mature awareness of their competences, acquire knowledge of how and where to apply these and communicate them effectively to their potential employers.
