Dr Cristian NITOIU, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin campus of the College of Europe, published an article entitled "Europe is (still) failing to understand Russia’s actions in Crimea" for openDemocracy.
The article argues that the European Union has failed to comprehend Russia’s foreign policy as an outcome of the interplay between different interest groups, as opposed to a uniform strategy developed by a single leader.
